(MCET), sponsored by Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), USA. Aims to create energy modeling teams who will learn and develop in designing zero carbon pathways and scenarios that can be compared across countries. Currently, the countries in Focus are: Thailand, Bangladesh and India.
